Hesham Mahran is the Chief Executive Officer of Orange Egypt, appointed in August 1^st 2025 after more than 27 years of experience leading commercial growth, enterprise strategy, and digital transformation in the telecom sector. A long-standing leader within the company, he has played a key role in Orange shift from a traditional telco to a digital partner for business, government, and society.

Before becoming CEO, Hesham led the company’s enterprise business, where he drove significant growth by expanding into integrated digital solutions. His leadership helped organizations modernize infrastructure, embrace smarter operations, and adopt new technologies at scale—particularly across high-impact sectors and fast-growing SME markets.

He is recognized for his vision, customer focus, and ability to align innovation with business outcomes. Hesham holds an MBA in Marketing and has completed executive programs in leadership and transformation.

As CEO, he is leading Orange Egypt through its next phase of growth—focused on simplicity, innovation, and long-term value for the customers, shareholders and the telecommunication sector.
